Welcome to the Chickadee Room!

Miss Angel is the teacher in our Chickadee room. She has been with Children’s House since 2001.  She began as the assistant teacher in the toddler room, moved to the infant room as an assistant teacher and the office in the afternoon as the secretary. In 2010, she left Children’s House to further her education in Early Childhood education in Southern Illinois.  Miss Angel then returned in May of 2012 as one of the teachers in our Chickadee room. She is currently working on getting her credentials for Gateways of Illinois while continuing her education in Early Childhood education. Miss Angel also loves spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Miss Kayla Cruise is the Assistant Teacher in the Chickadee Room, she joined our staff in April 2015. The children love Miss Kayla as she often goes room to room to work if needed.
